- We ship express. Shipping may take between 2-5 business days after fulfillment, remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.*
- Shipping is free of charge for orders shipping within Canada.

*Orders must pass verification and must be shipped to a single address. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations. European Boutique does not ship to P.O. boxes. Return Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
An exchange can be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, include original packaging and any accompanying collateral. Merchandise that is customized or watch straps that have been cut or adjusted are final sale.
Gift receipt: exchange only in accordance with the policy period.
